About Senior Focused Fitness

As an active senior myself, I know how important it is to stay active to keep enjoying a wonderful quality of life. According to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services regular physical activity has many health benefits that cannot be ignored. These include, a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, lower risk of hypertension, lower risk of type 2 diabetes, reduced risk of dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), improved cognition function, improved bone health, lower risk of falls and fall-related injuries, lower risk of some cancers, and many other health benefits. I am passionate about health and wellness and look forward to helping you achieve improved health through physical activity.
