Green Excercise

This refers to exercise in natural environments. We all know that regular exercise itself gives various health and psychological benefits including the prevention and management of hypertension, obesity, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, and CVD. However there has been scientific inquiry focused on where a synergistic effect exists in terms of health benefits in green exercise. There appears to be copious evidence that green exercise provides an array of health benefits ranging from improved cognitive function and enhanced cardiac function to reduced levels of circulating stress hormones(Calogiuri et al, 2015;Grazuleviciene et al., 2015; Barton & Pretty, 2010)
